A more linear and steely style than the Westvleteren, crisp and hoppy, broad palate with nice weight (7.7% ABV) and a hint of creaminess, lovely length.
Very pure, linear and floral, sweetness almost cancelled out by the acidity, no botrytis, extraction slightly hides the minerality, feminine, very good length.
Extremely energetic and direct, carried by marvellous freshness and minerality, not overtly fruity, green apple and herbs, tightly wound, juicy. lovely length.
