Second of twelve. What a complete change in only a few weeks since previous one. Needed two hours to open up. At first there was nothing more than an unpleasant humidity smell. With time, aromas of anise. Also very lemony. Palate, however, was restricted and timid all the way. Little worries for the ten bottles remaining.
Segunda de doce. Menudo cambio en sólo unas pocas semanas desde la botella previa. Necesitó dos horas para abrirse. Al principio no había más que un olor desagradable a humedad. Con tiempo, aparecen aromas a anís. También muy alimonada. En boca, como sea, estaba restringida y tímida todo el rato. Un poco de preocupación para las restantes diez botellas.

After that period, showed richer and softer on the nose with aromas of ripen cherries. Beefy also. Very abundant in the mouth, balsamic even. Seriously worry for the bottles remaining.
Segunda de doce. Necesitando extrañamente casi dos horas para mostrar sus cualidades. En un comienzo nada más que una nariz ligeramente acorchada y una boca mudita. Después de ese rato se mostró más redonda y suave en nariz con aromas a cerezas maduras. También cárnica. Muy abundante en boca, incluso balsámica. Seriamente preocupado por las botellas que aún tengo.
Another effective, exuberant bottle dominated by PN. Nothing special but a tasty and aromatic champagne. Too much carbonic at the beginning. Shortie all the way. The last glass was the better one according with my friends opinion, really?
Otra botella dominada por la PN exuberante, efectiva. Nada especial salvo un champagne sabroso y aromático. Demasiado carbónico al comenzar. Cortito todo el rato. La última copa fue la mejor conforme con la opinión de mis amigos, ¿de verdad?
I gave this bottle as a gift for a friends if mine and they, sudden and surprisingly decided to open it. Thanks guys but unnecessary after my trip to Irancy. I really appreciate that masculine character of Mazelots. Four years on still full power. Nicely complex. A long life ahead.
Le di esta botella a unos amigos míos como un regalo y ellos, sorpresiva y repentinamente decidieron abrirla. Gracias pero totalmente innecesario después de mi vuelta por Irancy. Aprecio de verdad el carácter masculino de Mazelots. Tiene cuatro años y todavía está llena de fuerza. Bellamente compleja. Tiene una larga vida por delante.
