  For the first part of antipasti at Fattoria del Campiglione.
  Even knowing that Fiano has potential but still is looking for a serious producer to bloom up, this bottle was simple, without a real soul.
  Refreshing only if chilled. Some aromas if warmed so there was no way out.
  Next example please...
  
  Para la primera parte del antipasti en a Fattoria del Campiglione.
  Incluso sabiendo que el fiano tiene potencial pero que todavía está buscando a un productor serio para florecer, está botella era simplot, sin un alma de verdad.
  Refrescante dila si estaba fresquita. Calentada aparecían algunos aromas así que no tenía solución.
  Otro ejemplo por favor...

• 2001 Salvatore Molettieri Taurasi Cinque Querce

  Pairing a fabulous grilled scottona marchigiana steak at Fattoria del Campiglione.
  Showing why a Taurasi of real class can match many international winner awards bottles. Also those hunters of points.
  Complex perfumed, lovely tasty.
  This denomination requires some patience. That's all.
  Highly recommended for those who really like something different but at the same time a wine of distinction.
  
  Maridando una chuleta fabulosa de scottona marchigiana en la Fattoria del Campiglione.
  Complejamente perfumada, maravillosamente sabrosa.
  Esta denominación requiere algo de paciencia. Eso es todo.
  Altamente recomendada para aquellos a quién le gusta de verdad algo diferente pero al mismo tiempo es un vino de distinción.

  Matching an assorted local cheeses dishes at Fattoria del Campiglione.
  Compared with last 2001, this is more accessible on the nose, easy to understand on the palate and overall a delicious bottle just ready in spite this complicated vintage.
  
  Acompañando un plato variado de quesos locales en la Fattoria del Campiglione.
  Comparada con la última 2001, esta es más accesible en nariz, más fácil de entender en boca y sobretodo eso, una botella deliciosa simplemente lista a pesar de esta añada complicada.

• 2003 Fattoria Galardi Terra di Lavoro

  Sharing assorted antipasti at restaurant Abraxas near Napoli.
  Sincerely speaking at this stage I can't understand those 97 points...
  This bottle was decanted for almost an hour in order to be drunk during the next three...and what can I say excepting a harsh, muted wine with any elegant, significant element even.
  We'd very high expectations for those scores but there was nothing more than a timid, dusty Anglianico based wine.
  
  Compartiendo un antipasti variado en el restaurante Abraxas cerca de Nápoles.
  En este momento se puede decir de forma sincera que no puedo entender esos 97 puntos...
  Esta botella fue decantada por casi una hora para poder ser consumida durante las siguientes tres...y qué puedo decir salvo que era un vino áspero y mudito, sin ningún elemento elegante o incluso significante.
  Teníamos unas expectativas muy altas por esas puntuaciones pero no había nada más que un vino basado en una polvorienta Anglianico.

• 1999 Allegrini La Poja Veronese IGT

  Pairing very good grilled red meat dishes at restaurant Abraxas, nearby Naples.
  Decanted for two hours. Absolutely mandatory.
  Some elegance. Very aromatic. Mineral also. Long and rounded.
  Despite I'm not an Allegrini fan, really liked it and I think it worths its price. Have potential and a good frame enough to run many years.
  
  Maridando unos buenos platos de carne a la brasa en el restaurante Abraxas, cerca de Nápoles.
  Decantada por dos horas. Totalmente imprescindible.
  Algo de elegancia. Muy aromático. También mineral. Largo y redondo.
  A pesar de que no soy un fan de los Allegrini, realmente me gustó y creo que merece pagar su precio. Tiene potencial y estructura para aguantar varios años.

  Matching a pomodori -best in earth- i mozzarella panini at Salumeria Leonerdo, Via Diocleciano in Napoli.
  The right bottle for a perfect aperitif. Suave, aromatic pinot noir of a great vintage. Nothing complex but really enjoyable at this point.
  
  Acompañando a un bocadillo de tomate -qué sabor, qué textura- y verdadera mozzarella de búfala en la Salumería Leonardo de Nápoles.
  La botella adecuada para un aperitivo perfecto. Un pinot noir suave y aromático de una gran añada. Nada complejo pero realmente disfrutable en este momento.

• 2012 Feudi di San Gregorio Falanghina

  Despite there were Prosseco, Primitivo and some Anglianico wines even at Lucca's weeding, San Gregorio ruled the party.
  I think this is a good standard for the varietal giving some nice side of fresh, delicate elements. In addiction wanna say it's not extremely acid after two years.
  
  A pesar de que había Prosecco y tintos de Primitivo e Anglianico, San Gregorio gobernó en la boda de Lucca.
  Creo que es un buen estañad para esta variedad aportando incluso algunos elementos de frescura y delicadeza añadidos. Además quiero decir que después de dos años no es extremadamente ácida.
