medium dark red, with dark brown hue, dull and opaque. ripe dark cherry and plum, quite open, a little soy sauce in nose. meaty, dark fruits, some savoury and earth, smooth tannins, bright acidity, medium bodied. the nice side of palate remindered me fine Waipara, like Mountford and Greystone. however it's quite simple. not very clear, disjointed alcohol on finish. a not bad commercial PN from mornington peninsula.

very clear pale straw with green hue. bright lime citrus, sharp edge. fresh, mouth-watering, supported by some floral and a lot of mineral notes. very impressive steely style, awesome Clare Valley terroir. even better (softer) in the next day.
pale yellow with green hue. fresh citrus, peach in nose, crispy acidity, some nectarine, more fruity than nutty. medium bodied, round and moderate, super balanced. medium finish with some mineral and spice notes. clean and pure Chardonnay, Chablis style, not complex but very accessible.
paring nice seafood salad and lobster in M Yogo (Cairns), with nice harbour view :-)

perfect match to roast duck breast, enjoyed in M Yogo, Cairns, they don't have a long wine list, but seems all carefully picked.
