A lot of great substance here - blackberry, sweet brown spice, blueberry with licorice, but the concentration is somewhat extreme giving a candied character I find tough to enjoy, while understanding that many others do.
Another superstar showing for this wine. Huge black fruit, subtle liqueur notes, well supported by great sweet spice. Long and powerful with incredible balance. Great now, I don't know if can get better, but this will be beautiful for another decade.
