Pale straw; grapefruit, stone, lemon, pith, aromatic, mineral, crisp, gooseberry; grapefruit, creamier than nose suggests, crisp, high acid, fresh, minerally, lemon on the finish; simple but delicious; great starter wine.
Pale yellow; yellow and green fruit, unoaked, crisp, bright apple, hints of lemon; pulpier apple on the palate, faint spice and lees, lighter bodied; good for the pool.
80% Godello, 20% Dona Blanca; bright greenish yellow; sulfur dominates the nose, white flowers, apple, pear, hard to decipher much else; medium minus body, bitter yellow fruit, good crispness with enough body to keep your interest; ok.
See through dull crimson; strawberry, cherry pit, roses, fresh floral fruity and sexy, slight medicinal quality in back adds interest; some good fat even though medium minus body, sweet cherry and berry fruit, fresh, a touch of heat so this may need a slight chill first.
