Notes from memory made on the train on the way home. Appearance: Clear; Medium Gold Nose: Clean; Developing ; Medium intensity of pear, peach, apricot – some dried fruit; other aromas I couldn’t pinpoint. Palate: Off-Dry; Medium(+) Acidity; Medium Level of alcohol (13.0%); Medium(+) Body; Medium(+) intensity of pear, peach, apricot – some dried fruit; other flavours I couldn’t pinpoint ; Medium(+) Finish. Overall: Good balance, quite fresh acidity but not in a detrimental way, quite intense, good length and quite some complexity between primary stone fruits, some tertiary dried fruits and other flavours/aromas I couldn’t identify (bio-dynamic ??) Conclusion: Good; Can Drink Now but has Potential for Ageing; High-Priced (€ 14.40)
