From the lieu-dit Les Cruots and just one barrel produced. Softness to the nose with a mixture of red and black fruit. On the palate medium-bodied with extremely fine lacy tannins, pure almost tart red fruit and some earthiness. The finish is refined, intense and weightless. A brilliant echezeaux from this up-and-coming Burgundy star Maxime Cheurlin.

Cabernet Franc from the Les Poyeux vineyard. Concentrated dark fruit aromas. On the palate a bit astringent, with earthy bitter-edged black fruit flavors and tobacco. A wine with good tannic structure to age.
