On the palate, dry, medium acidity, medium alcohol, medium body. Medium+ flavour intensity, with flavours of tropical pineapple, mangoes, ripe peaches, saline minerality, slight butter. Long finish. Very good quality. Should really have decanted this white wine to allow the aromatics to show their full potential. Can drink now with air, and enjoy over the next 2-3 years. Don't wait too long on this one though, because of the acidity.

On the palate, dry, medium+ acidity, medium alcohol, medium+ body. Medium+ flavour intensity, with flavours of honey, butter, toasted oak, tropical pineapple, citrus lemon, stony minerality. Long finish. Very good quality. Nice Puligny-Montrachet. Really nothing much to complain about here. Has enough stuffing to develop for a few more years, maybe another 4-5.

Developing. On the palate, dry, high acidity, medium alcohol, medium+ tannins, full body. Medium+ flavour intensity, with flavours of bell peppers, capsicums, cedarwood, dark red cherries, redcurrant, slight tobacco. Medium+ finish. Good quality well-made wine, but too much under-ripeness from the difficult 2007 vintage here. I really hate green under-ripeness, so I may have been distracted from the other flavour characteristics. Can technically go for further ageing, but I think the under-ripeness character will stay.
