Magnum. Faded ruby. Lovely light red fruit aromas and underbrush. Light weight, resolved tannins. Gentle, long finish. This really has gotten more ethereal and Burgundian over time. A great showing.
Magnum. Medium ruby. Clean aromas of tart red berries. Much denser and more tannic than the 2005. Lots of stuffing and material here for further aging. Once again, I am struck by how much more this has to it than the 2012. Excellent.
Magnum. Dark ruby. More barnyard than I recall. Deep blackberry confit and licorice. Generous, lush feel and full body without overripeness. Moderately tannic. More closed than last time.

2005 Marcel Lapierre Morgon
