Nice overall and I would say in a few years this will improve. Light gold in color. Oak, lemon, vanilla and apple. Medium finish once the oak integrates this should be around a 92 if everything comes together. Hold for at least a year and retry.
Peaking. Orange peel, chalk, minerals and light fruits. One taster thought slightly oxidized but if it was it certainly didn't impact the performance of this wine. Medium finish. Drink now.

Back at peak performance. Pop and pour and consumed two tastes over 3 hours. The beauty of the second taste was it was as good as the first. If you don't like Aussie wines try this and then say you don't like Aussie wines. Blueberries, white pepper, roasted meats, cedar and floral notes. Good acidity and tannins are fully integrated. A great start to 2015. Kevin I will just add that half point for a 95. Drink now or hold for a few years but why wait?

Wow! Two of the best wines back to back in a while. Dark purple in color. Violets exploding from the glass along with blueberries, black licorice, black pepper and tar. Super complex and really long finish. Decanted 3 plus hours and that really opened this up. This has some upside and easily will improve with time. 94-96.
NO score on this one. I would be interested to see what this wine does day 2 and 3. Muted nose but palate shows dark fruits, coffee and oak. Not drinking as well as the cardiac hill I had a few weeks ago. HOLD and hope this gets better.
Nice showing overall. About 2 hours in the decanter. Berries, spice, dust and mild oak. Still tannic but showed well. Medium finish. I would say hold for a few more years to see its full potential.

Very nice showing and decanted 2 hours. Spice, blueberries, cherry, perfume and integrated oak. Medium plus finish and should improve with a few years of age. Nice showing for a hit or miss winery.
