Unfortunately quite oxidized, tasted like a cheap oloroso sherry.
For me the best wine of the evening. Nice nose, complex and a long finish.
Drunk together with Pegau 90. Both were great wines, but i preferred the Beaucastel a bit more.
With 94 the weakest vintage of the evening. Interestingly the color was crystal clear, as if this vintage was filtered.

At first hints of cheese and adhesives in the nose, but these scents will vanish quickly - decant ! Best wine of the 90ies in this tasting.

Great tasting. Only one bad bottle. Great to see and feel the vintage differences.
