Nose of yeast, lovely rye bread, menthol and peppermint. Fresh lemon candy on the palate and finish. Medium body, nice. There's not that many red fruits in this bubbly, it is on the leaner side.
Some apples and white fruits. Big bubbles, medium+ body, a bit watery, almost no bubbles. Seemed light and watery, like a summer terrace fizz. Don't know how to tell that this is made of Pinot Noir. With time some minerality and metallic taste as well as citric notes develop.
16% alcohol! Spicy and zestful, reminds me of Gruner on the nose. There's also lime blossom tea, exotic peppermint, dried herbs. On the palate it is firm and stony, very long finish, very mineral. Also reminiscent of white Rhone with higher accidity. Empty glass had a very pronounced gasoline aroma. Would be interesting to follow the development of this wine over the years.
Soft, high extraction, vanilla nose. Soft and caressing on the palate. Smoky fruits, some smoked meat, rather soft tannins, friendly. Overall still young, but very good.
3h decant. Nose starts off with a bit of alcohol bite and reminds me of a plump New World wine. It already has some browny tones. On the palate it was soft, suede-like, overripe fruits, overripe plum. Gets sweetish with cheese. Good, intense blend but I don't feel its character.
Starts off with coffee, red apple, rotten red apple - more pleasant as it sounds. At this point it is too oaky, but this will resolve in a couple of years. There's also sweetish apple-cowberry jam, even lemon on the nose. On the palate is somewhat reminds me of Chianti Classico - dried red fruits, fruit compote, dried plum as well as some cherry and aronia notes. Somewhat lacking midpalate though. Good development potential.
Some petrol on the nose as well as dried apple, fruit compote, sharp sweetness. Notes of compote develop and become stronger with air. Very good, but not excellent.
