We had a 7 course lunch at Restaurant Callas * in The Hague and were seated at the chef’s table. The wine service by sommelier Frank van Scheijndel was brilliant! All wines blended perfect with the refined dishes. Many thanks to team Callas for this exceptional experience!
2000 Dom Pérignon Champagne 92 Points
France, Champagne
This DP has a ripe soft texture with nutty, toasty and ripe peach flavors all in balance with soft acids. Sumptuous, rich and ready to drink.

1999 Salon Champagne Blanc de Blancs Brut 94 Points
France, Champagne
A lovely wine of depth and sensual roundness. Perfectly balanced with fine well-integrated bubbles and a complex mix of creamy yellow fruits and peach. Weightless, refined and very complex on the lingering finish.
