This is a blend of all the vineyards. The aromas are slightly funky, with tones of burning rubber. The palate texture is smooth and coating, tasting of rocks. Creamy fruit on the finish, which is slightly tart and a bit odd. It's luscious in texture but at the same time a bit hard, showing notes that are near metallic as they linger, coupled with some moldy grassy stuff.
Smells like tree sap. Quite rich aromas, though they're a little soft, with perhaps a metallic note. Creamy palate; lusciously texture. Fairly light in flavor though, with some lemon tartness. Rich and smooth acid lingers throughout, though. More sweet fruit on the finish with nice tartness. Very nice lingering acid, with just a hint of metallic notion coming in.
Some grassy notes; hay, and slightly flinty aromas. Lusciously soft and creamy on the palate. Quite nice persistence with the sweetness of an under ripe pear, some lemon, and luscious tartness throughout. Really fantastic eruption of acid and tart texture on the finish. I loved the palate texture and lingering notes on this wine. Just lovely.
The soil here is blue slate. Thee aromas are a little odd, with notes of a candied pickle. Quite nice and distinctive. Some strong lemon and mineral notes enter on the palate, which is a little more chunky in texture than the previous wines which were utterly smooth. Plenty of lemon and rich melon rind flavors. Puckering minerals and lots of lemon on the finish.
Ewald Moseler called this vineyard "The Montrachet of the Mosel." This particular wine offered tart, slightly metallic funky notes. The palate texture was smooth, with amazingly light texture. It's mouth watering, though... it feels like I have a mouth full of drool. Soft flavors of lemon. But that palate texture is just so interesting and unique. The finish shows tart acid and some strange metallic minerals. Very big acid dials up but it takes about 5-10 seconds to get there. The funky minerality on the finish becomes a little off putting in the end, though.
Calcium and high fossil content in the soil here. The aromas are light, tart, and lean, but more pretty than the previous. Quite nice. Soft, mellow notes on the palate, which is soft in texture, showing tart notes. Love the luscious, smooth texture. The finish shows lovely lemon drenchhed in mellon juice and a huge lovely dial up of pretty minerals and acidity. Lovely! I love how many notes linger individually on the finish. This is beautiful, but quite tight right now. Needs 5-10 years.

Smooth, with nice tart (lemon) flavors lingering. Tart, and rich in acid. This too really needs time to develop.
