Bright yellow with green hues; softer nose, butter, pineapple, lemon, red apple, poached pear; broad palate, lemon lime, fresh acid, good power but mid is lacking, basil on the finish; good; though was a couple years younger but I nailed it.
Dark core with lighter rim; aromatic nose, blueberry, candy, cranberry, mulberry, glycerin, black tea, vanilla; higher alcohol on palate, soft tannin initially, good acid, some grip on the finish, smoky, jammy.
Dark core with plum garnet rim; dark fruit, smoke, blackberry, green bean, heavier; good structure, cedar, currant, stewed fruit; in a good spot now and I wouldn't wait much longer than 5 years; was on Napa Cabernet Franc.

Black core with bright violet rim; young, fruity, floral, blackberry, black currant, plum skin, some reductiveness; higher alcohol, spicy, burning embers; not great.
Dark core with decent clarity, lighter garnet rim; currant, leather, green pepper, tomato; currant, red and dark fruit, stewed tomato, soft structure and mid.
Very dark core with thin reddish violet rim; dark fruit, tar, reductive, black pepper, violets, red apple skin; rich texture, velvet, red apple skin, plum, berry, jammy; good; was on Syrah/Shiraz.
