Rich colour; heady nose, deep yet fresh, flowers and minerals, almond and vanilla cream; the palate has racy acidity and lovely lift, good intensity, energetic, gummy texture; smoky finish, lovely length.
Magliocco, Guarnaccia nera and Greco. Primary and juicy, mushrooms, earth and black fruit, lovely phenolic grip from the skins (no oak), roses and peonies, fresh, very natural but not raw, good length.
50cl bottle, 9.5% ABV. It is from the Harxheimer Lieth vineyard, but this is not declared on the label. Fresh and juicy, clean and pure, roses and ripe fruit, mineral and elegantly sweet, good length.
