Introduction

we were 7 wine-lovers who enjoyed a great deal of 4 reds, one white and one dessert wine
with SHEMO bread, Igor Cheese, and Meat-store pastrami - and many stories, especially about my ski accident...

    no doubt: one of the top-10 Israeli Chardonnay, well-crafted, somewhat with Burgundian style
    intense elegant butter & tropical fruits aroma
    thick and silky, rich, excellent concentration, structured on the palate, Judicious use of oak, well balanced. already ripe, though can age beautifully several years.

Closing

each red wine was great and enjoyable. so the Chardonnay. the dessert wasn't that special (comparing to the dessert wines I tasted in the German Riesling zone…)
