Stony citrus on the nose with some leafy notes. Vibrant but not tangy acidity and good herbaceousness with more citrus on the palate. Nice clean finish.
Very herbaceous nose with lots of oregano. On the palate more fruit with good body. Softer acidity than the previous wine in the tasting, but it works really well. Finish reminded me of some slightly peppery/nutty olive oil (without the oil). Really enjoyed this.

Ruby red and showing some bricking around the edges. Nice nose with roses, tarragon/mint, lots of earthy funk, mushrooms. On the palate, good acidity and sour cherries with soft tannic framing on the finish. Drinking very well right now.

Very different in style than the Poggiorellino that preceded it. Very earthy nose with some bitter dark chocolate. Some notes of mushroom/truffle and soft wild cherry, but none of the funkiness of the previous wine. On the palate, beautiful acidity continuing with the sour cherry theme. Soft tannic finish again. On the palate, this was very lightweight and extremely elegant.

Much more fruit forward than the previous 2 Brunellos in the tasting. Red fruits, roses and some spice. Again, beautiful delicacy on the palate with lots of high-toned red fruits. Apparently sees a lot of wood, but it was beautifully integrated. Very nice clean finish. This still seems pretty young.

Bright and earthy on the nose with some floral notes. Apparently sees a fair amount of new wood, but it was again beautifully integrated. Intoxicating nose that changed a lot while I had it in the glass (though it was slightly reserved at first). Again, great high-toned acidity on the palate and more tannic on the finish than the previous three wines.
Much darker than the Brunellos, almost purple in color. Dark sweet cherries on the nose and suprisingly sweet on the palate. Very soft acidity and comes off a little bit overripe. Very soft finish. Seems like it would go well with something more acidic.
Wow. Very dark earth on the nose with some beautiful herbaceous notes. Great acidity, great balance and excellent tannic structure on the finish. I kind of got distracted from writing things down because this was such a pleasure to just contemplate; one of the highlights from the tasting.
Drank after the Barolo by accident, so it probably suffered a bit by comparison. A little bit lighter in style than the Prapo Barolo. Some herbaceous notes on the nose and good perceived acidity with lots of sour cherries. Rather tannic on the finish.
This seemed rather reserved and showed some browning around the edges. Still seems rather young though. I wish I could say more about the nose, but I just didn't get a lot. Great sour cherry on the palate and a soft tannic finish. Again, had this after that Prapo Barolo, and it likely suffered by comparison.
