Purchased not realizing it was frizzante; darker core with aged browning rim; nose shows raisin, tobacco, sun dried fruit, and a hint of caraway and brown sugar; palate is light plus with the frizzante seeming like a secondarily fermented bottle, very tart; ok, not great.
Stopped by Corsini's and picked up the Begali and this. Someone handed it to me before purchasing. We all were unaware that it was Frizzante... with bottle age it was downright wrong.
