Nose starts off with pickle, it disappears with air, interesting, but rustic.Some tart notes on the palate, untamed accidity, unripe green apple, one can feel that this is 0 dosage. Not lean, has some substance, some body. Farmer-fizz style, not a clean, mineral Champagne. Finally it develops a metallic, lemony nose. Disgorged Nov.2014, so I would advise to keep it for some years after disgorgement.
Rich and full. Really reminiscent of a Chenin Blanc, sweet and sour with a tiny bit of tartiness on the finish. Dense sweetness of small yellow plum and honey. Excellent.
Orange hue, but clear colour. Botrytis, some lift from high pitch VA tones, syrupy, dried figs. With air there develops also chocolate notes and something that reminds me of strong liquor. Quite liked it due to its complexity and long drink style.

Intense, oaky, salty, profoundly mineral, but alcohol bite is also stronger here. Poignancy of almonds. Very good example of the style.
