• 2000 Chais & Crus Le Monde Du Vin Irancy Côte de Paradis

  France, Burgundy, Côtes d'Auxerre, Irancy

  The only dealer in the town and a fourteen years old magnum bottle.
  Smooth elegant, denoting their origin. It isn't fooled anyone, still a female Irancy, even delicate fruit, acidity and bitterness enough to face another five years. Had we not been the idea that wine Irancy not take more than ten years? A pleasant surprise in any case.
  Perfect both to accompany appetizers Sicilian olives and cheese as a starter cheese souffle with borage .
  
  Este magnum viene del único negociante sito en la localidad y con catorce años.
  Suavidad elegante como denota su procedencia. No engaña a nadie y sigue siendo un Irancy femenino, delicado incluso con fruta, acidez y amargor como para afrontar otros cinco años. ¿No habíamos quedado que un vino de Irancy no aguanta más de diez años? Una agradable sorpresa en cualquier caso.
  Perfecto tanto para acompañar aperitivos de aceitunas y quesos sicilianos como un primer plato de souffle de queso con borrajas.

• 2010 Clotilde Davenne Irancy

  France, Burgundy, Côtes d'Auxerre, Irancy

  After a female magnum lieux - dits of Paradis, this generic assumed initially good contrast , providing energy and flavor .
  However, it melted quickly , showing no path nor any depth .
  At best, aromatic and tasty but outside of complexity that can provide the best terroirs .
  It played its role accompanying steaks stuffed flounder prawns and zucchini.
  
  Después de un magnum de un lieux-dits femenino como Paradis, este genérico supone, inicialmente, un buen contraste, aportando energía y sabor.
  Sin embargo, desfalleció enseguida, mostrándose sin recorrido ni profundidad alguna.
  En lo mejor, aromático y sabroso pero fuera de la complejidad que pueden aportar los mejores terruños.
  Cumplió su papel acompañando a unos filetes de lenguado rellenos de cigalas y calabacín.

• 2010 Domaine Colinot Irancy Vieilles Vignes

  France, Burgundy, Côtes d'Auxerre, Irancy

  Misunderstood by some, the bottle was shy and reserved but with tremendous potential .
  Far from offering any complexity, developed pure aromas of pinot noir to Irancy way , sometimes overlapped by the greenery and the bitterness that provides César grape . More accessible on the palate with a free drink more than enough to accompany red shrimp with spicy Indian style and chunky green tomato gazpacho melon.
  
  Incomprendida por algunos, la botella se mostró tímida y reservada pero con un tremendo potencial.
  Lejos de cualquier complejidad ofrecía aromas puros de la pinot noir al modo Irancy, a ratos solapados por ese verdor y ese amargor que la uva César proporciona. Más accesible en boca con un trago franco más que suficiente para acompañar gamba roja con salsa picante al estilo hindú y gazpacho de tomate verde con tropezones de melón.

• 2012 Caves Bienvenu Irancy Les Mazelots

  The same impression that decided me to choose this 2012 instead of 2010 .
  Very aromatic , masculine and good grip and length on the palate.
  For my taste this is not as good as Colinot or Podor examples but still excellent and strengthens the Mazelots as one of my favorite terroirs .
  A good contrast with generic drunk before.
  He accompanied a delicious although salty version of snails bourguignon .
  
  La misma buena impresión que en la bodega me hizo decantarme por este 2012 en lugar del 2010.
  Un vino muy aromático, masculino y de buen agarre y longitud en boca.
  Para mi gusto no llega quizás a las interpretaciones de Colinot o de Podor pero sigue siendo excelente y afianza a los Mazelots como uno de mis terruños favoritos.
  Un buen contraste con con los genéricos bebidos con anterioridad.
  Acompañó una deliciosa aunque saladita versión de los caracoles a la borgoñona.

• 2010 Domaine Colinot Irancy Les Mazelots

  France, Burgundy, Côtes d'Auxerre, Irancy

  Surely the wine of the night.
  Intense, powerful , fragrant and oily texture.
  An interpretation of the multifaceted and male terroir with a tremendous blow. You can felt it.
  Meat , complex, persistent and rich bitter finish . Has class and can play a place among the greats. He deserves it .
  It matched a well prepared dish bird with black truffle in reduced Irancy wine sauce.
  
  Seguramente el vino de la noche.
  Intenso, poderoso, fragante y de textura oleaginosa.
  Una interpretación del terruño multifacética y masculina con un golpe tremendo. Se hace sentir.
  Cárnico, complejo, persistente y con un rico amargor final. Tiene clase y puede disputar un sitio entre los grandes. Lo merece.
  Maridó un bien preparado plato de ave con trufa negra en salsa reducida de vino de Irancy.
