Introduction
Luckily, this year's Sphera's launch event 'enjoyed' cool weather, compared to the very warm day last year.
Showing early enough to this event let's the wine-lover taste the wines in a more quite surroundings, since as from the second hour the place becomes full.
Sphera wines are fine, delicate and precise.

The main impression from 2014 vintage is that the wines require few more months to mature, as they express lots of 'greenery'.
The Sauvignon-Blanc and the blend seem of higher quality than the Chardonnay & Riesling.
The flagship wine Signatures is of higher quality, as always, so far.
A very enjoyable event, well located and managed.

fresh intense citrus-herbal-mineral aromas & flavours, with lots of "green" characters, sharp edges, very good acidity level, yet medium harmony, that requires few more months of maturing to soften a bit.
