    Appearance is clear, deep intensity, ruby colour. Legs.
    Nose is clean, medium+ intensity, with aromas of toasted oak, dark red cherries, raspberries, and some rustic earthy minerality. Developing.
    On the palate, dry, high acidity, medium+ alcohol, medium tannins, medium+ body. Medium+ flavour intensity, with flavours of toasted oak, dark red cherries, sweet raspberries, blackcurrant, slight leather, earth and minerality. Medium+ finish.
    Good quality. My first experience of Bull's Blood. Blend of Kekfrankos, Kekoporto, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc. Drinking nicely now. Could still go another 3-4 years.

    Appearance is clear, deep intensity, purple colour. Legs.
    Nose is clean, medium+ intensity, with aromas of creme de cassis, licorice, vanilla, milk chocolate, roasted chestnuts, cinnamon spice, blackberry, black cherries, and dark red plum with more air. Developing.
    On the palate, dry, medium+ acidity, high alcohol, high tannins, full body. Pronounced flavour intensity, with flavours of cassis, licorice, vanilla, cinnamon, milk chocolate, blackberries, black cherries, dark red plums, peppery spice. Long finish.
    Very good quality. Clearly New World style. Hedonistic flavour profile. Adolescent age now, this will develop nicely and be even better in about 3-4 years' time.

    On the palate, dry, medium+ acidity, high alcohol, high tannins, full body. Pronounced flavour intensity, with flavours of sweet raspberries, blueberries, medicinal herbs, black pepper spice. Medium finish.
    Acceptable quality. Young fruity wine. I don't see how this will improve with age.

    Nose is clean, pronounced intensity, with aromas of honey, petroleum, citrus lemon and ripe apricots. Developing.
    On the palate, sweet, medium+ acidity, low alcohol, medium+ body. Medium+ flavour intensity, with flavours of ripe apricots, citrus lemon, and slight marmalade. Medium+ finish.
    Acceptable quality. Beerenauslese with only slight Botrytis character. Huxelrebe grape varietal. Can drink now, and may develop over the next 4-5 years.
