Fantastic, ripe, sweet fruiit (yellow prune, lychee), lovely minerality; tingling acidity provides this dry, masculine and rich wine the necessary elegance. Wonderful tension and length.

Needs a lot of time in the decanter and in the glass. Very light colour; new oak and crisp Pinot fruit, still very closed, acidity seems quite high, exotic spices, iron minerality, very tannic, will turn out very well with time.

Closed but deep, figs, cloves, blackcurrants, eucalyptus, powerful, good tannic structure and length; does not match a Fonseca VP, but trounces many fully declared VP's.
