Introduction

Very nice dinner at Greenfield. Wine pairings really were spot on particularly the terrine.

    Still could use some more time I the bottle.
    Dark berry, leather, cassis with eucalyptus coming on the finish. Tannins are still a little rough around the edges, but nothing that time won't cure.
