A BYO to go with a menu based on hunt season.
First time at Gresca and I won't stop recommending the place. One of the top kitchens in Barcelona, at level of well above of many of the city one-Michelin starreds.
All wines were opened right before lunch.
NV Benoît Lahaye Champagne Violaine 92 Points
France, Champagne
Very fresh, vigorous, feeling young (recent degorgement) with plenty of mousse, autolysis and pastry notes on palate. Excellent for aperitif althought a tad too young for my taste.
