Drank with first course of roasted asparagus and prosciutto with a mustard creme fraiche. Well balanced, nice acidity with lots of effervescence. Paired really well.

Wow this wine has aged really well. Prevalent raisin in the nose which immediately wafted from the glass and filled the air. Everyone Ooed and Ahhed over this one and we drank it with a salmon and beet salad as our second course on Easter. A little heavier in body than most Pinots I have has recently. The fruit was mellow and sweet but no pronounced cherry as expected. Smooth and clean finish that lasted a while. Yum!

Very nice. Drank with cheese course on Easter. Good acidity, well rounded all purpose white.
