By me all wines were tasted not blind.
Mature bouquet with some red fruits. Pleasant and friendly start, some chocolate, red fruits, pleasant acidity and soft tannin. Supermarket wine and kept in the cellar for 4 years and then it is not an unpleasant wine.

Vegetal bouquet with blood and bouillon and some pepper. On the palate red berry fruits, bell peppers, firm acidity and tannin with some bite. Also a touch of sweetness and a bit alcoholic. But to be honest a surprise and quite drinkable.

In the bouquet a bit dusty, strawberry, herbs and spices, vanilla and mint. On the palate bell peppers, vegetal, resin. Also juicy fruits and a bit sticky tannin. Ok wine, but not really special. Might improve a bit with some more age on it.

Transparent CS….. Vegetal bouquet with strawberries. Green and vegetal on the palate as well. Some sweetness and menthol, soft tannin and the alcohol shows quite much. Tragic Cabernet Sauvignon.

Tonight proved for me that keeping this wine for a while is rewarding; more complexity esp. in the nose. In the bouquet cassis, other dark forest fruits, leather, black olives, coffee and a pleasant touch of barnyard. On the palate concentrated dark forest fruit juice, good acidity, some pleasant sweetness and soft tannin with still some bite. Really enjoyable wine. Ready now, but no real hurry.

You can smell the eucalyptus from a distance. Cassis in the nose as well. Same on the palate. Very ripe black fruit juice, a lot of sweetness, ok acidity and bitterness, a lot of sweetness again. There is some freshness as well, but overall the very ripe and very sweet impressions are not very interesting.

Consistent with my other notes. Great value and a beautiful old world style CS from Sonoma. Ready now and probably for many more years, but unfortunately I ran out of bottles.

Beautiful and mature bouquet with good cassis, beautifully toasted oak and some pleasant barnyard. On the palate classical and modern at the same time. Beautiful dark forest fruits, cassis, coffee, leather, some sweetness, good acidity and soft but also powerful tannin. Not for extreme long cellaring anymore, but the bite is perfect. Ready now and the next few years.

Beautiful bouquet with cassis, dark berry fruits, smoke, cedar, graphite and perfume. On the palate soft ripe fruit juice, but also some green impressions. Minerals, ok acidity, and slightly drying tannin. Beautiful wine. The bouquet is the best part at the moment. 88+

Just limited notes. Apricots, soft, beautiful acidity and pleasant sweetness. Not extremely concentrated. A pleasurable and elegant Sauternes. Ready now.

Bouquet with creamy cherries. On the palate creamy cherries as well, some red bell peppers, ok acidity, supple and round tannin. No complexity, but not an unpleasant light weight.

Red currants in the bouquet. On the palate a silky soft start, rose hips, ok acidity and soft tannin. Soft and friendly all over. A one dimensional factory wine.
