Every participant had to bring a wine of the theme. We did not know which wines were brought by the others. All wines were tasted blind, also without knowing when the wine you brought was poured.
2001 Sonoma Hill Winery Cabernet Sauvignon 85 Points
USA, California, Sonoma County
Some spiciness, eucalyptus and ripe red fruits. Juicy with some oak and soft tannin and bitterness. Pleasant, easy drinking wine. Drink now.
