  In the line you were expecting: soft on the nose, accessible in the mouth. It is recognized as a wine of Irancy but in very small doses. After all it was a nice wine with an undoubted commercial potential.
  
  En la línea esperada: suave en nariz, accesible en boca. Se reconoce como un vino de Irancy pero en muy pequeñas dosis. Un vino agradable y con indudables posibilidades comerciales.

• 2010 Clotilde Davenne Irancy

  With personality, an Irancy soft and elegant on the nose with some creaminess and length on the palate. There is also a pretty good acidity and fruit. A succulent bottle indeed. Unfortunately it decayed very soon.
  
  Con personalidad, un Irancy suave y elegante en nariz con cierta cremosidad y longitud en boca. Hay también una buena acidez y bastante fruta. Una botella suculenta. Por desgracia decae muy pronto.

• 2010 Domaine Colinot Irancy Vieilles Vignes

  Somewhat reduced at first. With time and a little agitation typicality of Irancy appears. Aromas of cherry fruit on the nose with a sharp acidity in the mouth that this time is accompanied by notes of black pepper.
  
  Un tanto reducida al principio. Con tiempo y un poco de juego de muñeca aparece la tipicidad de Irancy: aromas a cereza y una afilada acidez en boca que en esta ocasión está acompañada de notas a pimienta negra.

  A wine that truly maintains its reserved mood. This time it was more mineral and refreshing than ever. A very interesting combination.
  After a few fruity and softie wines and people appreciated its austere and sharp style.
  
  Un vino que se mantiene fiel a su estilo reservado. En esta ocasión se mostró más mineral y refrescante que nunca. Una combinación más que interesante.
  Después de unos cuantos vinos frutales y suaves la gente apreció su estilo austero y afilado.

• 2013 Vincent Dauvissat (René & Vincent) Irancy

  A very young bottle with numerous violet reflections.
  Obviously it has class and soon shows aromas of cherry, licorice and a mineral background. In the mouth it has a lot of density, elegance and silky texture.
  However many of my mates missed a real sense of tipicity that should provide a bottle labeled Irancy. Far away from last 2004 tasting.
  
  Una botella muy joven con numerosos reflejos violáceos.
  Evidentemente tiene clase y no tardó en ponerlo de manifiesto con aromas a cereza, regaliz y un fondo mineral. En boca tiene mucha densidad, elegancia y una textura asedada.
  Sin embargo muchos echaron de menos un verdadero sentido de la tipicidad que debe aportar una botella con la etiqueta de Irancy. Muy lejos de mi última cata de un 2004.

• 2013 Vini Viti Vinci Irancy Les Ronces

  100% natural style, non-interventionist, unfiltered.
  Very close to what they represent those "orange wines '.
  Hodgepodge aromas too gummy for my taste. On the palate is sweetness and acidity although very short.
  Undoubtedly a different bottle within the denomination but its originality hidden that is a wine of a ' lieux - dits ' must represent. A curiosity before anything really memorable.
  
  100% del estilo natural, no intervencionista, sin filtrar,
  Muy cerca de lo que representan los 'vinos naranja'.
  Batiburillo de aromas con demasiada gominola para mi gusto. En boca tiene dulzor y acidez aunque es muy corta.
  Indudablemente una botella diferente dentro de la denominación pero su originalidad oculta que es un vino de un 'lieux-dits' concreto. Una curiosidad antes que algo memorable.

  Alright, alright it's just a traditional Irancy but I liked it.
  Very seductive, a sexy, velvety Irancy wine. Plenty terroir caracther. Now I understand why Pâlotte performed in the past what an Irancy bottle must represent. Failed in love with Cantin.
  
  De acuerdo, vale que sólo es un Irancy tradicional pero me gusta.
  Un Irancy aterciopelado, muy seductor y sexy. Lleno de carácter del terruño.
  Ahora entiendo porque Palotte solía ser considerado la quintaesencia de lo que un vino de Irancy debía representar.

  Once again very reduced at opening, smelling like humidity of an abandoned house. Too much sulfuric?
  With time lovely aromas, delicate even, of cherries and red fruits appear, a step behind Cantin's sample anyway. Vivid acidity ready for food. Nobody can stop salivating...
  
  Una vez más un vino de Colinot se mostró muy reducido nada más abrirlo. ¿Exceso de sulfuroso? Olía como a esa humedad que invade las casas abandonadas.
  Con algo de tiempo aparecen ricos aromas, incluso delicados, a cerezas y frutillos rojos, siempre un paso por debajo de Cantin. Tiene una viva acidez que llama a comer. Nadie pudo parar de salivar...

• 2012 Caves Bienvenu Irancy Les Mazelots

  Yep, one of the most masculine of the event but by comparation, quite simple this time.
  Sweet touched, little diluted, deep in colour, full aromatic yet with a watery mouthfeel.
  In my humble opinion still needs to back to its roots...
  
  Efectivamente, uno de los vinos más masculinos de la cata pero por comparación muy simplota está vez.
  Con un toque dulce, un poco diluida, de un color profundo, plenamente aromática aunque con una sensación en boca corta y acuosa.
  En mi humilde opinión todavía necesita una vuelta a sus raíces...

  Class in the glass. I love that mix of power and delicacy.
  It is not just a question of what do you like but to admire a very well built wine with its backbone, front line and all those necessary elements. Some of us called it harmony.
  Always my choice.
  
  Clase en la copa. Me encanta esa mezcla de potencia y delicadeza. No es sólo una cuestión de hacer lo que se quiera, más bien es para admirar cómo un vino muy bien construido con su espinazo, con su primera línea aromática y todos esos elementos necesarios. Algunos de nosotros lo llamamos armonía.
  Siempre mi elección.

• 2014 Thierry Richoux Bourgogne Rosé

  Two entire bottles after ten bottles of red. Fatigated tongue? Not bad at all.
  Both were mineral, delicious, like a champagne on the nose meanwhile in the mouth it had a white wine-like texture.
  Until the last drop.
  
  Dos botellas enteras después de catar diez botellas de tinto. ¿Lengua de trapo? Bueno no del todo...
  Ambas se mostraron deliciosamente minerales, como si fuesen un champán en nariz mientras que en boca presentó la textura de un vino blanco.
  Hasta la última copa, le dernière gute

• 1993 Thierry Richoux Irancy

  Although the label ( Bourgogne - Irancy ) was stuck with paper zeal and my benefactor had already expressed her serious doubts about whether it was, a bottle of 1992 or 1993 , maybe founding vintages?, I have to confess that it has been one of Irancy best bottles I've ever drunk . Merci Anne !
  Immensely complex nose with notes of beef also intense cherry and red fruits. There is some spice cabinet . In mouth it was very lively , with an acidity that fills the entire palate and a delicious aftertaste. Retains an admirable tension.
  A proof that Irancy wine can age well.
  
  A pesar de que la etiqueta (Bourgogne-Irancy) estaba pegada con papel de celo y que mi benefactora ya me había manifestado serias dudas sobre si era una botella de 1992 ó 1993, ¿añadas fundacionales?, tengo que confesar que ha sido una de las mejores botellas de Irancy que jamás haya bebido. Merci Anne!
  De inmensa complejidad en nariz, con notas cárnicas, también de cerezas y frutos rojos intensos. Hay algo de armario de especias. En boca estaba muy viva, con una acidez que rellena todo el paladar y un postgusto delicioso. Conserva una tensión admirable.
  Una prueba más de que el vino de Irancy puede envejecer bien.

• 2000 Chais & Crus Le Monde Du Vin Irancy Côte de Paradis

  A little rough on the palate with a slightly marked tannin especially when your expectations are centered in a soft and feminine elixir.
  Instead on the nose was soft, accessible, well covered with cherry aromas defined in liqueur and lavender.
  Rumors of fake among attendees ... anyway.
  
  Un poco tosco en boca con un tanino un poco marcado sobretodo cuando tus expectativas se centran en un elixir suave y femenino.
  En cambio en nariz era suave, accesible, bien cubierto con definidos aromas a cerezas en licor y a lavanda.
  Rumores de timo entre los asistentes...en fin.

• 2009 William Charriat Irancy

  Requested by the audience after the we can say disappointing magnum of "the negociant ".
  Everyone wanted to experience again the personal style of Charriat to reaffirm what a wine should represent in Irancy .
  But in a year that does not favor how Willy develops, this bottle was not as much appreciated among the audience as it was in 2008
  
  Solicitada por la audiencia tras el digamos decepcionante magnum del "negociant".
  Todo el mundo quería experimentar de nuevo el personal estilo de Charriat para reafirmarse en lo que un vino de Irancy debe representar.
  Sin embargo en un año que no favorece la forma de elaborar de Willy, esta botella no fue tan apreciada entre los asistentes como lo fue la de 2008

• NV Domaine St. Germain Ratafia de Bourgogne

  For some, the worst wine I had ever tasted (?) ; for others too abundant on the nose while on the palate appreciated that softness and seedless raisins memories.
  My opinion? Again the ratafia was more an appetizer than a dessert wine
  
  Para alguno, el peor vino que jamás habían probado (?); para otros demasiado abundante en nariz mientras que en boca apreciaron su suavidad y ese recuerdo a pasas sin semillas.
  ¿Mi opinión? Una vez más la ratafia era más un aperitivo que un vino de postre
