Pretty aromatics of redcurrant, violets & lavender, black olive and cedar. Great juxtaposition of elegance and intensity on the palate, with nice medium mid-palate weight, and showing black currant fruit, black tea, olive, eastern spices and cedar. Silky, open-knit tannins. Full finish. It's going to be a great one. Showing well, but no doubt will age forever.
Showing aromas of cassis, coffee, eastern spices and dried lavender. Bright on the palate, still very primary, with black currant, savory spices, tea, tobacco and cracked pepper. Nice fruit intensity, well-layered, good mouthfeel, finishing full with silky and fine tannins.
