Introduction

Just the three of us came together, we had some nice wines.

Flight 3 (1 Note)

  • 1970 Château La Mission Haut-Brion 94 Points

    France, Bordeaux, Graves, Pessac-Léognan

A long time since tasting this wine, easily 10 yrars. Immediately upon opening I knew we were in for a treat. This built up power and intensity on the nose. The perfume was so intoxicating that the last small gless with the sediment was passed around the table to marvel and savor the scents-burnt embers, like reduction of forest fire floor, woodsmoke, minerals, 99 point nose, 93 point flavors, no va problems, only real problem we had was running out of the wine!
