Faenza - Italy
Tasted Saturday, March 11, 2017 by quaglia with 176 views
We paid a visit to this independent wine producer, located at the foothills of Faenza region.
Biological agriculture.
Acidity is the main evident feature, together with the great "sincerity" and personal imprint gave by Paolo to his wines.
We had also an experiment: a 2015 Limbecca served blind: same vintage, different cork: glass and classic. In just 1 year, the difference is evident, with the glass plug showing a younger, more promising wine to the more evoluted classic cork.
