10/17/07: Kind of a sweet strawberry thing going on the nose. THe palate veers toward more cranberries, seems like an extra dry in style, but the finish is dry. Quite a nice bottle considering the price. 85-87
12/7/07: Liked even less at this tasting, and it was up against similarly priced sparklers. The acidity is too low. Pass. 82-84
The most complex rose. A big full body with lots of nuttiness on the nose and in the palate. Even though it's a rose, more on the serious side. It's kind of like Reese Witherspoon in that blonde movie. 91+
10/17/07 This Champers is like a ballerina. Light and quick on its feet, and it moves with elegance. But there's not a lot of body. Complexity and voluptiosness seems sacrifiiced to get that light, clean, and elegant style. My first Dom, so I'm not sure how this compares to other vintages. 89-91
12/7/07: I still think this is overpriced in this vintage. There's precision, but not enough of everyrthing else. I'd bump it up to 91 tonight.
Lots of structure. Bright, biting acidity that is sure to give this wine a long life. Clean and bright, but with a lovely complexity. The finish doesn't end. Blew the '99 Dom out of the water. Would love to try in a few years. 93+

Bright apple fruit nose. Fruity, and fairly simple. Well made if not terrible interesting. 86- 87
