Medium-full bodied, with black cherry, chocolate, black licorice and earth notes on the palate. Good acidity and grip. Moderate finish, ~30-35s, with black plums. Nicely done! Can drink now or cellar for another 3+ years.
Medium garnet colour. Brooding nose of chocolate, toffee, mint, black plums, and black cherry. Medium-full bodied, with brulee'd sugar, caramel, raisins, black cherry, and black plums. Moderate-long finish, ~35-40s, with dark fruit and earth notes. This is really singing right now.
