    Palate: The wine is Dry in the mouth with a Medium level of acidity. It has a Medium Level of alcohol (13.00%). It has Medium(+) body and Medium(+) intensity primary flavours of pear, peach, almond with citrus and floral notes; some secondary notes of smoke and spice. The finish is Medium.
    Conclusion: It is a Good quality wine. Drink Now; Not intended for extended ageing.

    Appearance: The wine is Clear with a Medium/Deep ruby colour.
    Nose: The nose is Clean and Developing, showing Medium(+) intensity primary aromas of black cherry, blackberry, blackcurrant, black pepper, liquorice; secondary aromas of toast, smoke and tertiary aromas of leather and game.
    Palate: The wine is Dry in the mouth with a High level of acidity. It has Medium(+)/High tannins and a Medium Level of alcohol (13.00%). It has Medium(+)/Full body and Medium(+) intensity primary flavours of black cherry, blackberry, blackcurrant, black pepper, liquorice; secondary flavours of toast, smoke and tertiary flavours of leather and game. . The finish is Medium(+)
    Overall: Good concentration and length. Good degree of complexity but still too young and tannic. Needs more time.
    Conclusion: It is a Very Good quality wine. Can Drink Now but really a bit too young - would benefit from further ageing.

    Palate: The wine is Dry in the mouth with a Medium(+) level of acidity. It has Medium(+) soft tannins and a Medium(+) Level of alcohol (14.00%). It has a Medium(+) body and has Medium(+) intensity primary flavours of cranberry, red cherry, raspberry, blackberry, black cherry, black/white pepper, some liquorice; secondary flavours of vanilla, cloves and smoke and some tertiary meaty notes. The finish is Medium(+)
    Conclusion: It is a Very Good quality wine. Can Drink Now but has Potential for Ageing

    Conclusion: It is a Good quality wine. Drink Now; not suitable for Ageing or Further Ageing
