Top nose with round comfortable tones and sweet fruit. A little strained in the mouth. Tight mineralistic with a lot of acid. Applecore. A lot of salt. 600 bottles made. Suspects a suboptimal bottle.
Round and very elegant feminine nose with inviting Pinot fruit and spices. Lukewarm and tight structure. Not so lively. Raspberry Syrup. Simpler palate compared to what the nose promises.
Sweet spice. Fresh with long bitter fruit/citrus. After some swirls in the glass and with the added air malt, yeast and brioche jumps at you from the glass.
Sweet wheat dough (also known as brioche or autolysis). Bright red berries with fresh acidity. Develops leather and hung meat, as well as sweet tobacco. Like drinking a good Burgundian Pinot with bubbles.
