Somewhat Rhône style, and driven by melon, mint and grass. Quite a good intensity

Intense flavours of dried pineapples and apricots and a bit of mint and grass, but the alcohol burn was significant and thrown off balance

Pronounced nose, with roasted oak, forest floor, fern, and elderflower. Lemon flower, red cherry, cloves, rosemary, and topsoil on palate. Reminiscent of a Gevrey Chambertin. Nice!

A good intensity on the cassis fruits, and well balanced with a nice silky creaminess. Great!

Rich feel of chocolates, coffee and black pepper. with bits of blackberry and plum. Very powerful and stood out among other Shiraz and Cabernet blends. Great!

Literally tannins in a bottle, but hot and not pleasant tannins though. Still a bit of blackberries and fern, but the extremely high tannins proved too distracting

Can immediately tell that it’s sweet from the nose, with so much orange marmalade and mint which carried into the palate and finish. Very very sweet... but nice bright orange zesty feel. Creole Lady Marmalade! :)

Toasted, with walnuts and hazelnuts on the nose. Extremely sweet! Has the caramel nutty flavours above the sweetness which add to the complexity. A clear crowd favourite. Like what they all say after tasting, “I AM GROOT!” XD
