Tasting: Saline, chalk, orange rind, oyster-shell on the nose; brisk acidity, and palate largely followed the nose, with a strong mineral presence throughout. Really good. Runner-up of tasting.
Tasting: dark plum, black olive and a meat smokiness on the nose; decent weight, with smoked/bitter cherry, dark plum, but seemed to lack a touch of freshness or energy.
Tasting: Stunner. Elegant, polished bright red fruits, smokey dark cherry, leather emerged and floral / violet notes, with a hint of spice. Cruelly just a taste. Favorite of tasting.
