Suffer my teaching, but enjoy the food and wine! MS3 and lovely wife over for "grilling"!
Served with minted goat cheese rolled into smoked salmon
"Double Hockey Puck" prime filet mignon!
Chocolate pudding cake and some Oregon Creamery Caveman Blue!
Nice pairings and people! Fruitier and younger wines next time?
2012 Broadley Vineyards Pinot Noir Marcile Lorraine 91 Points

I'm not surprised that this tasted young still despite the 1.5 hour decant (typical Broadley!). Really a nice depth of red fruit and spice, modest hit of earth and florals. Didn't drop off significantly ungassed overnight. Now-2025.
