Enjoyable but not particularly distinct. Nice weight and good acid balance, moderate character and fruit. Better than most Prosecco's or Cava's, because of the balance and weight, not sure I would spend the $25 but maybe.
Light citrus and lightly oaked this had the lean muscle of an Oregon Chardonnay but there was a mild tannic note that I found slightly distracting. It could use some bottle time to smoothest and complex.
Moderately dark, the nose was interesting but only indirectly spoke of pinot. Good weight and structure in the mouth but still the varietal notes were subdued. That said it was a very full and balanced red wine. I think it needs more time.
Quite nice but almost too ripe. Good weight and balance but ripe cherry note was only vaguely Pinot. Lovely wine and I might be too critical but I hoped for more personality.
Way too oaky without any touch of finesse. My least favorite red of the night. No elegance just ham fisted winemaking using very nice grapes and new barrels.

Lovely and complex without being sweet. Very herbal but more lemon grass than green pepper. Well balanced and supple, really delightful.

One of the better Merlots I have had in a long time, Great cherry note, well balanced, soft yet full bodied and very intense. Excellent

2016 J. Lohr Cabernet Sauvignon Hilltop 90 Points

Powerful, yet developed a really nice Cab. Ripe berry, good expression of the barrel, bit hot on the finish. Big wine from Paso, needs some time.

Definitely needs more aging time but all the right elements are there. Big wine that will be more elegant in a few years.
