A rich deep champagne nose of yeast, nuts and biscuits. Beautiful in the mouth with apple, citrus and pear notes mixing with good minerality. Complex and satisfying.

Chocolate and muted red fruit on the nose. Without a decant, the palate consists mostly of sweet red fruits and wood components. Acids and tannins well balanced. Not too complex, this will improve over a couple years.
