Pronounced aromas of lemons, barley, hay, and grass. Could feel the sharp bite of the acids, yet it also exhibits a mouthfeel of creaminess, apprently from lees ageing. Fruit flavours are ripe, mainly like some lemon curd, and hay, barley, limestone and flint smokes. Fair length
Nose driven by limestone and greyish rocks, then green apples, lemon, and grapefruit. Very green on the palate, with lettuce and rocket leaves as well as some lemons towards the backpalate, highly acidic, and a somewhat “crunchy” mouthfeel. Quite a good persistence
Lemony aromas, and even somewhat candied, with volatile alcohol fumes. Yes it has the characteristic shellfish on the palate like any Chablis, but it had a heft of alcohol heat, as if the soils of which it was grown on was scorched, and grapes overripe. Lemon, brine, cream. Still can’t get past that distracting alcohol though... if this is the kind of heat that Chablis was exposed to in 2018, I seriously wonder how it would be like on their Grand Cru vineyard

Aromas of cooked peach and pineapple, and big, oaky vanillin. Ripe fruit flavours of pineapple, full-bodied to the point of being syrupy, cream, and fresh vanilla pods, and caramel. A very powerful example, but surprised how balanced all these bold flavours turned out, with a slight push of fresh acids. Very well made!
A deep purplish hue. Floral aromas of a lily garden, and some leaves and earth, as well as cured meats. Tannic and acidic, and has some edgy feeling, floral, grassy, yet with sweetish lingonberry like the sweet jam we get at Ikea that goes with their meatballs. Finished with strawberry and cola. Interesting

Medium ruby. A cherry-and-paprika bomb on the nose, with some twigs and roses as well. Broad and expansive feel on the palate, with fresh acids and soft tannins, flavours of cherry, roses, rocket leaves, beef, cream cheese. Very long finish. Great!
