Introduction
My wine bar/merchant needs to pay rent and keep the lights on so he is doing pickup 6 packs of selected wines to customers. Tasted a number of wines with him at safe social distances and practices today. Nice to share a glass and discuss.
2018 Viu Manent Malbec Secreto 87 Points
Chile, Rapel Valley, Colchagua Valley
Very dark color, buttery berry/floral nose, soft yet full in the mouth. Fairly unadorned and fresh, with good acid balance, there is heat and modest tannin in the finish. Decent everyday red, might develop.

2017 Viu Manent Pinot Noir Secreto 84 Points

Medium color with a funky nose that suggest Pinot, alcohol warm with a decent balance and structure, not sure I would drink a second glass but I have had less interesting wines for the same price.

Dark big red, hints of sake and ashes, mint, but not fruit. Big, lush in the mouth, quite drinkable amorphous lush red with an edge of tannins.

This is big inky wine, the nose is somewhat vague (needed air), but in the mouth it is a juicy excellent red, that is very well balanced and structured. Lovely tannin structure and finish. Some aging potential

Dark color slightly closed nose, something green hint of butter. Far better in the mouth, lovely weight and balance. Nice finish. Wine needed a bit of air. Very nice value red.

Nice full dark color, vines, brambly. Full and lush in the mouth, fruit and acidity that echoes the nose. Really, really drinkable.

No joy here just a tired aging barrel Chardonnay that sags in your mouth and you spit it out. There is a reason this still around, a bad one.

Medium dark color, mint and cherry nose, clean and fresh in the mouth, fruit, good texture and slightly tart balance. This is an unadorned red with some acidity for seafood. Very pleasant

Simple fresh fruit that was white fruit pear and green apple there is also a note of bubble gum (from sorbates, a preservative). Other than that a clean, simple, balanced somewhat fresh white wine.

Dark with a classic mint nose, but also more than a hint of Brett. I can almost tolerate this wine now, it has the right balance, texture, structure and finish but then I would wonder what it would have been without that.
I certainly would not hold it in my cellar, it will only get worse. Pity

Tasted this wine in 2017, apparently it is still in wholesale warehouses sitting. It still has some green freshness but has also is a developed white wine. Still drinkable and still has some depth of personality if you drink soon. Past its sell by date, soon to be past its drink by date.

I have tasting $13-$20 wines the last few days, inventory being promoted in these COVD times by my wine bar merchant to pay the rent. This gem is a more than adequate hearty red. Has some personality, not overpowering personality but one sip invites the next. Spices and fruit, somewhat integrated but certainly smooth and lingering. Would hold hold this wine beyond a year or two more. Outside BBQ with social distancing.

Very dark, complex nose honey, berry orange peel, very fresh. This is a big bright fleshy wine, all up front and juicy. Concentrated but very approachable. Needs bold food to match. Not sure how it will develop.
