Deep ruby, thick and highly extracted. Pronounced nose, with savoury earthy leathery aromas. Tannic, savoury, meaty, with some red cherry. Quite persistent. Nice!
Deep purple, thick and highly extracted. Spicy, blooming nose. Tannic, but big fruity fleshy, lots of cassis and baking spices, and huge rose plume. Long finish. Great power!
Deep ruby, thick and highly extracted. Quite a prompt nose upfront with blackberry and florals, but thins after some time. Tannic, with quite a bit of blackberry. Quite straight up
Deep ruby, thick and highly extracted. Floral, spicy clove nose. Tannic, and intense flavours of purple flowers, blackberry, cassis, rose petals, fern leaves, tar, graphite. A long finish of florals as well. Great wine!
Deep purple, thick and highly extracted. Aromas of purple flowers, fern, and blackberry. Soft and silky tannins, and some good ripe cassis and blackberry flavours, as well as intense florals. A good persistence as well. Nice!
Deep ruby, and thick. Straight up aromas and flavours mainly of cassis and thyme. Fairly good structure, and good amount of fruit flesh. Tannins seemed softened, and a fair finish
Deep ruby, thick and highly extracted. Big fern and floral nose for a start, and then some blackberry. Very savoury leathery funky flavours on the palate, and purple flowers and blackberry, and still a good structure. A good long finish as well. Great!
Deep ruby. Nose subtle and green. But the palate showed lots of structure, tannins, and with the cassis fruits get more and more intense, with mint and purple flowers
Deep ruby, thick and highly extracted. Spicy herby nose and a good amount of florals. Savoury, red cherries, cloves, and even meaty. A nice persistence as well
Unfortunately TCA affected, but could still see it power through with ripe redcurrants above the cardboard - shows the potential of this wine. Not rating to be fair
Deep purplish pink, and thick. Subtle greenish nose, even slightly herbal. Some tannins, green fern, blackberry, hay and some graphite. Straight and upfront, but pretty pleasant
