  1st trie inox 2nd trie in old oak and qvevri for 10 months
  The wine shows medium intensity, green flavors, grass, lime peel, grapefruit, a few floral notes with white pepper. In the palate the wine shows medium intensity, full on asparagus, tropical fruit, oak in the back, medium acidity and long finish.
  How is this not a Sauvignon blanc?

  This is a Chardonnay, 20% fermented in oak
  The wine shows medium intensity, heavier floral notes, ripe stone fruit, a tiny rubbery note somewhere in the back, vanilla. In the palate the wine shows high intensity, very young, grass, green pepper, apple, high acidity and medium finish.
  I still can’t believe this is a Chardonnay

  The wine shows medium to high intensity, forest floor, earthy and spicy, cinnamon, red fruit, bruised apple, vegetal bitterness. In the palate, there is a sweetness at first, ripe cherry and currant, red and black fruit, oaky, earthy, shows earthiness, and density with a medium finish

  This is a blend of Syrah and Romeiko.
  The wine shows medium to high intensity, a bit heavy in the nose, reductive at first not giving away much, needs time to open up. The wine rather strange in the palate, low intensity, harsh tannins, high acidity, alcohol heat (14%), bruised apple, cherry, very aggressive with a bitter notes in the medium finish

  The wine shows medium to high intensity, the profile is rather heavy, oaky, showing density, ripe stone fruit, vanilla and nutty notes.
  In the palate, the wine shows heavy oak, nutty, even charcoal, ripe stone fruit, medium acidity, lemon, short to medium finish.
