Not a big fan of this vintage. Seems compact and the fruit seems cooked? Without showing any real defects, it just seems like an off vintage.

Good and classic Chardonnay fruit with a touch of oak. Some vanilla coming through but it is in a great balance. Solid depth and length revealing a very lovely wine.
It was a huge surprise when this was revealed after tasting it blind. Probably my best Aubert with age and it seems to have balanced out nice. The alcohol feel is not overdone as I normally find when tasting them. Young though..
Loved it!

Very lovely and a very nice balance. There was perhaps something that was a bit off-balance but it was difficult to determine what it was.
Great wine that I really enjoyed!

Almost old-school in its profile but still with some youthful fruit. Lacks a tiny bit of depth but overall a lovely aged wine.

Very nice Cab expression but with a cool and acidic touch. Graphite and earth mixed with an light and refreshing style. Great balance but for me it lacks some airyness to really reach higher.
It is a rare and special wine, but I can't see the specific hype about the wine. With that being said, it is a very nice wine and I very much appreciated it.

Great intensity and depth with a solid fruit core. Not overdone in any way but perhaps lack a bit of length. There are some lovely floral tones to it that really makes it sing!
Amazing wine and a real treat to try the first vintage of this wine. Served next to the NoK-9 from the same vintage it does not reach the same level. Still, a great wine in its own.

There is so much depth and intensity in this wine that it is almost mind-blowing. Dark red fruits, coffee and dried herbs provide a lovely and impressive complexity.
Despite being a wine that is packed with flavors and intensity, it still has a light and elegant touch to it.
An absolutely stunning and amazing wine. By far, the best NoK I have tried so far.

Dense and compact red fruit but not as wild as when it was young. There is a touch of ripe red tomato and lots of oak.
It has a reasonable balance and length and I don't see this improving with more time as the alcohol is dominating a bit.
Still a lovely wine.

Quite a funky wine that is both classic in its style but also with a huge bitterness. That bitterness really made it hard for me to get past the underlying complexity.
It really needs more time to open up and should eventually turn out to be a huge wine. There is certainly an undefined depth to the wine that can't be dismissed.

Dark cherry fruit mixed with a touch of oak/vanilla. There is some floral nuances to it but it is very young.
So much depth and the balance is just amazing. Needs more time to put on some weight but it certainly has a huge potential. Loved it!

Absolutely stunning wine. It lies between showing some depth of the age but still with a young piercing acidity.
Huge wine that was a great pleasure to taste!

Lovely aged wine. Still some freshness but not a lot of bubbles. Clearly an old wine. Always a pleasure to taste a Champagne with this type of age!
