Ancient Wine Dudes

OK, so these wines SCREAM for food. The Ancient Dudes sent me a a packet of info on the wines, including food pairing ideas—score!
I used their pairing ideas with some cook’s prerogative alterations, and had these wines with dinner over eight nights. All wines were drinkable and pleasant; some were really great.
I plan to be a buyer.
