medium size bubbles, simple pear and apple. fresh acidity, easy drinking. the bottle is covered by gold colour and not transparent, when we found only two gold flakes in glasses, such a disappointment :-)

pear, moderate ripe fuji apple, some tropical and citrus, far away the grassy Marlborough SB flavours. a little creamy and nutty notes. full body, long finish. well mellowed and showing elegance with concentration, very nice.

Ripe red fruits, mouthwatering acidity, fine grained tannins, m+/full body. Some vege leaf and savoury notes. All mellowed into a well balanced, smooth texture. A friendly BdM.

Impenetrable dark red, pepper and cedar in nose, austere and dense, chalky tannins with a little bitterness, dark chocolate, a tiny ripe fruit core hidden in a grand monolithic structure. Need many years to mellow. It’s not an friendly Barossa, a grumpy beastie at the moment, let it sleep in cellar for at least 5 years to settle, then see if the huge potentials can turn to anything beautiful. JH 95

Dark red, purple hue. Bold flavours, intense oak, dark fruits, chalky tannins, a bit heat in finish. Big structure but not integrated at all, even a little rustic. Need at least 5 years aging.
